The Wayfinders Team · Long Island, NY

The house is the easy part.

It's everything around it that's hard. The timing. The money conversation nobody wants to have. The thing that turns up in the inspection. The week the whole plan wobbles and you're supposed to decide anyway.

Most people go through that alone, with a stranger who disappears after the closing. That's the part this team exists for.

Six things we believe
What we stand on

Six things, and we mean all of them.

Every team has a list like this on a wall somewhere. Ours is written down where you can hold us to it, with what each one costs us when we actually keep it.

01

Loyalty

The commission ends at the closing table. We don't.

You are not a transaction with a name attached. The people we worked with five years ago still text us about a contractor, a tax grievance, a kid's first apartment — and they still get an answer. If that only holds while there's a check at the end of it, it was never loyalty.

02

Connection

We're from here. That isn't marketing, it's the job.

Knowing Long Island means knowing which block floods, which street the trucks use at 6am, what the taxes actually run, and what the last four houses on that road really closed for. You can't get that from a listing sheet, and you can't fake it in a phone call from another state.

03

Integrity

We will tell you not to buy it.

The easiest money in this business is agreeing with you. We'd rather lose the deal than watch you sign something you'll resent in eighteen months. Every number we hand you comes with the records it came from, so you can check our work instead of taking our word.

04

Resilience

Deals fall apart. People don't have to.

An inspection goes sideways, a lender pulls back, a family changes its mind at the worst possible moment. That's the week the phone usually stops ringing. It's the week we're the most use to you, and it's the only real test of whether any of the rest of this was true.

05

Service

Most of this job isn't glamorous, and we do that part too.

Chasing a title company, sitting on hold with a municipality, meeting the oil-tank guy at 7am, driving back for the paperwork somebody forgot. Nobody puts that on a billboard. It's most of what actually gets a house closed, and it's ours to carry, not yours.

06

Growth

If we're working the same way next year, we failed.

We build our own tools instead of renting somebody's call center — the search on this site, the market numbers, the way showings get followed up. Every year the work gets sharper, and the point of that is simple: more of our attention lands on you and less of it gets eaten by admin.

How that shows up

Values are cheap. Here's the version you can check.

01

One person, start to finish

You get a name and a cell number on day one, and it's the same name at the closing table. No handoff to a coordinator, no call center, no queue.

02

Every number traces to a record

The market figures on this site are computed from closed sales, not estimated — and we show you the sales they came from. If we can't source it, we don't publish it.

03

We build our own tools

The search, the alerts, the market analysis, the showing follow-up — built here, for this island, instead of rented from a vendor who has never driven Route 25A.

04

You'll hear the bad news first

From us, early, in plain words — the flood zone, the tax bill, the reason a buyer will push back. Finding out late is what actually costs people money.

Start where you are

Most moves are a sale and a search at once.

Which is the hard part — two timelines, two sets of dates, and usually two agents who've never spoken. We do both sides, so there's one team holding the whole thing.

Meet the Wayfinders

Small team. On purpose.

You work with one Wayfinder from first question to keys — the rest of us just make sure nothing waits. Every agent has their own invite link; if someone sent you here, their name is already on this page.
