Filing a notice of infringement
If you believe that content displayed here infringes your copyright, please provide our Designated Agent a written notice that includes substantially the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., the URL).
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Counter-notification
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to the Designated Agent containing the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
