Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect only the information described below. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not collect information for cross-app/third-party tracking.

• Contact information. Your name, email address, and phone number, provided when you register or complete your buyer profile.
• Account identifiers. An account user ID that identifies you within the Service. If you use our iOS app and enable new-listing alerts, we also store an Apple push-notification (APNs) device token so we can deliver those alerts.
• Your home-search content. The answers you give in the guided interview, the criteria you save as searches, and the details of any home-tour requests you submit. This is the information you choose to share so we can help with your search.
• Usage and analytics. Product-analytics events about how you move through the Service (for example, pages viewed, searches saved, tours requested). When you are signed in, these events are associated with your account so we can improve the experience and understand where buyers need help.
• E-signature records. If you e-sign an in-app document (such as a touring agreement or agency disclosure), we record your typed signature along with a timestamp, your IP address, your device/browser user agent, and a version identifier for the document you signed. These details exist to evidence the signing.
• Consent records. A ledger of the communication consents you give or withdraw — text messages (SMS), phone calls that may use an automated or AI voice, and call recording and transcripts — including the exact wording you agreed to and when.

The property listings shown in the Service are licensed IDX data from OneKey MLS, distributed by MLS GRID. Those listings are not personal information we collect about you; they are displayed under our OneKey MLS license and are subject to that license’s terms.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Power your guided home search and match listings to your criteria.
• Send you new-listing alerts for your saved searches — by push, email, or text — only through the channels you have consented to.
• Schedule and coordinate home tours you request.
• Connect you with your Wayfinders agent so a real person can help.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service, and meet our legal and professional real-estate obligations.

Communications and your consent

Text messages, phone calls, and call recording are optional. Each is a separate consent that you can give or decline independently, and none of them is required to browse or use the Service. You can withdraw any of these consents at any time — reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS, or manage every consent from your account page. Message and data rates may apply to texts, and message frequency varies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-app or third-party advertising. The Service performs no third-party ad tracking.

How your information is shared

We share information only with the service providers that operate the Service on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to providing their service to us. They are not permitted to sell your information or use it for their own advertising. These providers are:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which stores your account, profile, search content, and consent records.
• Vercel — hosting for the website and application.
• Anthropic — the AI that interprets the search preferences you describe in the guided interview. It is used only to understand your stated preferences; OneKey MLS listing data is handled under our OneKey MLS license, and we do not use AI to assert facts about specific homes.
• Apple — delivers push notifications to your device (APNs) when you enable alerts in the iOS app.
• Dialpad (SMS) and Resend (email) — used to deliver messages only on the channels you have consented to. If you have not consented to texts, no message is sent through the SMS provider.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or us.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterward only as long as necessary to meet our legal, tax, and professional real-estate record-keeping obligations (including the retention of signed documents and consent records). When you delete your account, we remove or de-identify your personal information except where we are required to retain it.

Your rights and choices

You can, at any time:

• Access and correct your profile and saved-search information from your account page.
• Delete your account and personal data directly in the app — the account page includes in-app account deletion.
• Withdraw communication consents — reply STOP to a text, or update your consents on the account page.

Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults involved in buying a home. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls at the database level and transport encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves or as the law requires. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
